Visit to Seattle

Recently I made a visit to Seattle to to go to a concert with my son and, of course, visit the family, or whoever was home at that time.  Both of the grandkids there are away at university but the grandson is pretty close by so he was home while I was there.  We had a nice visit, lots of cycling, hanging out together and the concert, David Byrne, was outstanding.

It seems that my primary photo subject was Mt Rainier.  There's a great vantage point for viewing the mountain close to my son's home so I make a point of photoing the mountain when ever it's visible when I'm there.  It has many faces.

One day we took the ferry to Bainbridge Is, a half an hour trip from Seattle, and rode around on the island.  It's a pretty place and pretty much an exclusive suburb of Seattle

Seattle from the island.

Another ride with son and grandson on the Burke-Gilman Trail at Lake Washington.
